The buyer acknowledges that all products purchased from the seller are not intended for human consumption but are intended as raw materials for crafts. The buyer accepts that any consumption or preparation for consumption of goods sold by the seller is a misuse of these goods and that the seller cannot be held liable for any consequences or damages that arise. The buyer is also aware that consumption or preparation for consumption of certain goods sold by the seller may constitute health hazards and a violation of the law.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to store the goods offered by the seller in a safe place that is not accessible to minors.

We do not take responsibility for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

We cannot be held liable for any delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, or reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
- Purchase
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email at ko*****@**********en.se.
- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
- If any delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: ko*****@**********en.se.
- Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, as well as the right to adjust the price.
- Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an ordered item.
6.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us that you have changed your mind. The notification should be sent to us at ko*****@**********en.se. Your message should include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.
- You must return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during the return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product’s original value if the product is used or damaged.
6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products that are of such a nature that they can rapidly deteriorate, such as food.
- Custom-made products that have been specially manufactured according to your requirements.
- Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
- Complaints and Claims
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the error at no cost to you.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
- The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
7.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
- Any errors and defects should always be reported to ko*****@**********en.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
- If we cannot rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Product Information
- We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution.
