At Aromexperten, you will find carefully selected botanical raw materials, standardized extracts, and botanical blends with a focus on quality, purity, and clear product information.
What is meant by technical and botanical use?
Technical and botanical use means that the products are used as raw materials for purposes such as fragrance development, collection, botanical studies, analysis, or other non-consumption-based applications.
Our botanical products are not intended as food, dietary supplements, animal feed, or medicines.
What are botanical blends?
Botanical blends are products where several botanical raw materials or extracts are combined in a carefully composed formulation.
The purpose is to create products with a distinct character, consistent profile, and a more curated expression.
What are standardized extracts?
Standardized extracts are extracts where the content of a specific plant-based compound or group of compounds has been controlled and documented. This makes the product more consistent from batch to batch.
At Aromexperten, we offer standardized Kanna extracts in several strengths, among others.
Are your products legal in Sweden?
Yes, all products sold at Aromexperten are legal to purchase and possess in Sweden, provided they are used according to our stated guidelines.
We comply with current regulations and update our product range if legislation changes.
Do you sell Kratom?
No, we do not sell Kratom.
As of March 11, 2025, Mitragyna speciosa, also known as Kratom, is classified as a narcotic in Sweden. Kratom is therefore no longer part of our product range.

No. As of March 11, 2025, Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is classified as a narcotic in Sweden. This means it is illegal to buy, sell, possess, and consume.

Do you quality test your products?
Yes. Selected products are analyzed by independent laboratories to verify quality, purity, and product profile. We work with Eurofins, among others.
DELIVERY
Do you ship from Sweden?
Yes, we ship all packages from Sweden with PostNord.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
What time do I need to order to have my package shipped the same day?
For your package to be shipped the same day, you need to place your order before 12:00 PM on a non-holiday weekday.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address at checkout or through your account.
Can my package be packed discreetly?
Yes, our outer packages are shipped without Aromexperten’s logo or prominent brand profile.
Do you deliver directly to the mailbox?
Yes, if you select a delivery option that supports mailbox delivery, the package can be delivered directly to your mailbox.
In some cases, PostNord may determine that mailbox delivery is not possible. The package will then be left at the nearest service point instead.
Can I track the package?
Yes, we send a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.
Can I pick up my order from you?
No, we do not currently offer on-site pickup.

Do you have an age limit?
Yes, we only sell to individuals over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse purchases if we deem it necessary.
Do you have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in unchanged condition.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes, contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a purchase. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be stopped.
