🔬 CBD – Technical Raw Material with Well-Documented Research Background

Cannabidiol CBD is a non-psychoactive molecule that occurs naturally in the Cannabis sativa plant. In recent years, researchers in neuroscience, pharmacology, and biomedical engineering have shown considerable interest in the substance.

We offer products suitable for technical use, laboratory testing, development projects, and other non-consumption-based applications. Our products are manufactured from EU-approved industrial hemp and contain less than 0.2% THC, making them THC-free, which complies with current legislation.

🧪 CBD in Research: What Science Shows

CBD has been investigated in over 100 clinical studies. Many of these are of high scientific quality. Below are some of the most relevant findings:

📄 Clinical Applications (not associated with this product)

  • Epilepsy: Epidiolex, an approved medication in both the USA and EU, is based on pure CBD. Clinical RCT studies have shown that the preparation can significantly reduce the number of seizures (Devinsky et al., 2017, 2018).

  • Anxiety and stress: Researchers have observed that CBD affects serotonin receptors and can thereby modulate anxiety responses (Bergamaschi et al., 2011).

  • Autism: A meta-analysis from 2025 showed improved social behavior in children with autism spectrum diagnoses (Pereira et al., 2025).

🔍 Please note that the above research results are presented as background information only. Our products are not intended for medical use.

⚙️ CBD for Technical Use – Quality and Application

We have developed our CBD products for use in:

  • Chemical analysis

  • Materials research

  • Biological test models

  • Prototype development within the cosmetics, textile, or polymer industry

  • Educational purposes in laboratory environments

To ensure quality, we use CO₂ extraction. Each batch is then tested in an independent laboratory. These tests confirm composition, stability, and purity.

🧾 CBD - Specifications

  • Origin: EU-certified industrial hemp

  • Purity: Up to 99% cannabidiol (depending on product)

  • THC-FREE: <0.2%

  • Tested: Third-party laboratory, analyzed for cannabinoid profile and heavy metals

📜 CBD in Swedish Legislation

CBD is not classified as a narcotic in itself. However, the substance is covered by pharmaceutical legislation depending on area of use, dosage, and claims made during sale.

The Swedish Medical Products Agency has established that:

  • A CBD product that is ingested orally or inhaled is generally considered a medicinal product.

  • If the product is claimed to treat, relieve, or prevent disease, it is also regarded as a medicinal product.

  • Products containing THC are also covered by narcotics legislation – even at very low concentrations.

📌 Currently, only two medicinal products containing CBD are approved in Sweden:
Epidyolex (pure CBD, for epilepsy)
Sativex (CBD + THC, for muscle spasms in MS)

Therefore, it is not permitted to sell CBD products as dietary supplements or medicinal products without specific approval from the responsible authorities.

⚠️ Important Information

This product is not intended for consumption. It must not be used as a dietary supplement or medicinal product. Instead, we direct it to professional users within technical and laboratory-based work. You should store and handle the product according to local guidelines for chemical substances.
